Over the last year, there were significant legislative, litigation, and regulatory (and self-regulatory) developments related to advertising law. In addition, with the world turned upside down because of the COVID-19 pandemic, regulators and self-regulatory bodies also shifted focus to address a wide range of advertising issues posed by the pandemic.
