Kelly is frequently asked to speak on advertising law issues, including at conferences and programs sponsored by The Canadian Institute, BAA/ANA, New York City Bar, Practicing Law Institute, Canadian Bar Association, and Ontario Bar Association. She has also authored many publications on advertising law issues, including chapters in Getting the Deal Through (Lexology) and Business Laws of Canada (Thomson Reuters).
